Lover Sun and Dawn

Lover Sun and Dawn.

Forming horizon’s line on mountain crests,
Dawn wakes to life each morn when chirping throngs.
Of feathered devotees nestled twist her breasts,
See the early light and rejoice in song.

She blinks when golden gleams warm her face,
Feeling lover sun’s twilight kiss,
And smiles to bless the chilled mountain space,
Knowing sun will warm this landscaped-bliss.

A grassland offers dew a shiny tress,
And wraps it round her limbs at sunrise height,
She rises then towards a solar caress,
As morning sun greet her mythic light.

Along her mountain shape tree outlined,
These lovers meet, celestially entwined.
